All students at St. Patrick Catholic School receive daily instruction in the Catholic faith as an essential part of their education. The goal of our religion program is to foster both knowledge and love of the Catholic Church and its teachings, traditions, and sacramental life, while helping students grow in faith and discipleship.

Daily Mass & Weekly Opportunities

We gather as a school for Mass each school day at 8:00 a.m. as a central expression of our faith life. Additional opportunities for worship and prayer are woven throughout the week including time spent in Eucharistic Adoration, allowing for quiet prayer in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. A decade of the Rosary is prayed daily after Mass and, during the season of Lent, students participate in the Stations of the Cross on Fridays.

Liturgical Responsibilities

Service and leadership are also key components of student formation. Boys in 3rd grade and above are invited to begin participating in Mass as altar servers, and girls 5th grade and up are trained in sacristan responsibilities.

Service Projects

In addition to classroom learning and worship, students are encouraged to live out their faith through service to others. Middle School age students have quarterly service projects to complete, encouraging them to grow in responsibility and generosity.

Additional Opportunies

Additional Faith Formation opportunities include Parish School of Religion (PSR) for elementary aged students, Edge for our middle school group, and CYM for high schoolers.
